The HISPAC III electronic pill counter is economically priced at $2,500.00. This is about 1/2 of the price of similar tablet and pill counting machines on the market. Also, every counting machine is backed by a full, one-year warranty on parts & labor.

Can I try a pill counter out in my pharmacy before I buy it?

Every pill counting machine comes with a No-Risk, 2-Week Trial Period from the date of delivery to test and use the HISPAC III in your pharmacy. If it does not satisfy your needs in that time, you can send it back to us and we will refund your entire payment minus shipping.

How does the electronic pill counter work?

The HISPAC III uses the momentum of a rotating disc to feed pills, tablets and capsules past our advanced infrared sensing unit. This allows for fast, accurate, hands-free counting.

Is the pill counting machine accurate?

If the pill counter is used properly, in accordance with the Operator's Manual, it simply will not miscount. Our gate-flow design specifically eliminates miscounts.

How fast does the electronic counter count?

The HISPAC III pill counter will count round, aspirin-size pills at approximately 500 per minute; capsules at about 350 per minute.

Is there any calibration required?

No. The only adjustment that must be made is a simple turn of the Gate Adjustment Knob to let the pills flow single-file past the sensing unit.

Can it count any pill size or shape?

The HISPAC III is specifically designed to accept any size or shape of medication. From tiny Saccharin size pills to large 000 size capsules, the HISPAC III can handle the job.

How many pills can the counting machine hold?

Capacity varies based on the size of pill being counted. The approximate capacity of the disc surface is 350 pills.

Can I dispense directly into a vial?

Absolutely. With our handy Vial Drawer, the HISPAC III electronic pill counter can dispense into just about any receptacle.

Is it sanitary?

Very. The HISPAC III pill counter is constructed using only FDA, food-grade quality plastics. Cross-contamination is easily prevented with regular cleaning.

Is it easy to clean?

Yes. The main surfaces that contact the medications are easily removed and simple to clean with a brush or a damp paper towel, cloth or alcohol pad.

What if I have a problem after the warranty has expired?

Rx Count Corporation has been in business for over 36 years; we are always available for troubleshooting and repair services. Simply send the machine to us and we will provide a cost estimate and perform repairs upon your approval. Additionally, we offer Service Contracts for $195.00 per year.
